Room a little dated esp bathroom but acceptable and clean. No reception so check in via restaurant. Staff very nice and helpful 👍
We had a wonderful 3 course meal here while on a short holiday in the area. The food exceeded my expectations in taste and presentation, and the service was extremely friendly. The waiter, despite speaking perfect English (and German), even agreed to speak in slow, simplified Dutch to help us practice which really added to the night.
All in all a lovely memory for myself and my wife.
We actually walked to and from the restaurant from Arcen, taking the route along the Maas and finally the river ferry to Broekhuizen; it's not only doable, it's a really picturesque little trek. Might be useful information for somebody in the future, I don't know.
We had a wonderful stay at the Maashotel. Everything was perfect: a warm welcome at the reception, great rooms and roomservice, supervised by Annemarie, delicious meals, great service in the restaurant and bar (thank you Susan and Ciel). The view over the Maas is awesome. I almost want to give them credit for the great weather too ;) Sorry, we don't know all the names, however everybody was professional and very kind.

Clean, large room with balcony overlooking the river. Hotel is separate from the restaurant area. Highest quality possible in a fantastic Dutch country environment. Breakfast was good, but dinner is a must have on your stay here.
